Pricing:

We believe in transparency in everything we do and that includes our pricing. 

WE DO NOT CHARGE A CALL OUT FEE including EMERGENCY CALL OUTS. 

Handyman charges for NORMAL HOURS are £45 for the first hour and £17.50 for every half hour or part of thereafter (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm).  

Handyman charges for OUT OF HOURS are £60 for the first hour and £25 for every half hour or part of thereafter. (Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm / Weekends 8am to 5pm) 

Please note: 

Handyman charges between 10pm to 8am plus 25% of out of hours charges.

Prices are LABOUR CHARGES ONLY and DO NOT include materials.  

EMERGENCY CHARGES (Water, Gas, Electric, Drainage, Roof sealing, Window boarding and Lock changes). 

Emergency charges for NORMAL HOURS are £69 for the first hour and £30 for every half hour or part of thereafter (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm).  

Emergency charges for OUT OF HOURS are £99 for the first hour and £40 for every half hour or part of thereafter. (Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm / Weekends 5pm to 10pm). 

Please note: 

Emergency charges between 10pm to 8am plus 25% of out of hours charges.

As our business covers a wide range of clientèle with varying needs and requirements, it is therefore essential for larger jobs that we visit our clients to discuss and assess the work involved before we provide an accurate estimate.
